Waverley Council (manager of Bondi Park D500048 Reserve Trust) is seeking Request For Tender (RFT) submissions for four (4) mobile vending refreshment and beach related services at Bondi Beach Promenade for a maximum term of five years (3 years plus 2 x 1 year options) subject to Council and Crown Lands approval.

A maximum of four (4) Contracts may be issued, however there will be up to five locations available. Council may consider two mobile structures operating under the one Contract.

The types of mobile refreshment and beach related services that will be considered include:

* Ice cream / ice based refreshment
* Healthy snacks
* Refreshments / Beverages (no alcohol)
* Sunscreen
* Beach locker hire
* Sun shades and beach chair hire
* Mobile Food Vans may submit applications (Mobile Food Trucks with kitchen facilities and on site cooking are currently not permitted by Waverley Council).

A Tender Briefing / Site inspection will be held at 2pm Monday 20 March 2017 at Bondi Pavilion Theatre, First Floor Bondi Pavilion, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Bondi Beach.

Submissions close 3pm Monday 10 April 2017.
