Ipswich City Properties Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Ipswich City Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest from contractors who have the appropriate skills, experience and resources, to deliver an Early Works Package including construction, demolition and civil works associated with the redevelopment of Ipswich CBD.

The works include but are not limited to: Demolition of existing retail areas Demolition of three levels of concrete carpark structure Relocation and termination of existing services Temporary shoring and anchoring Construction of a new road New structure, new infill slabs, fire stairs and fire rated walls Submissions are to be submitted in accordance with the EOI documentation which can be obtained by email to Brian Guy, bguy@ranbury.com.au T 07 3211 2300.
