Expressions of Interest from Head Contractors are invited for Gladstone City Plaza Forecourt Redevelopment, 100 Goondoon Street, Gladstone.
The project includes:
* Demolition and removal of existing trees, pavement and garden beds.
* New concrete pavement, cast in situ concrete planter boxes, seating and disabled access ramps.
* Vegetated arbours, turfed and landscaped areas including irrigation, establishment and maintenance.
* New lighting, electrical and signage.
* Refurbishment of existing public toilets.
