Parramatta Park Trust is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Food & Beverage Operators interested in operating a self-contained or stand alone business.

The principle objectives of this Invitation for Expressions of Interest are to:
* Establish a new mobile food and beverage operator offering to the public, Park visitors of Parramatta Park, Parramatta.
* Provide a high quality, affordable, reliable and ‘must go-to’ food & beverage service outlet to Park visitors and users entering or leaving Parramatta Park to complement their Park experience or initiate their first experience of the Park.
* Generate sustainable income for the Trust, which will contribute to the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the surrounding Parramatta Park precincts.
