Eastern Health is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) EH17-0208T, for the provision of an Early Intervention Program for injured staff at Eastern Health.
Eastern Health is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Services.
The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for 2 years with two options to extend the term each of 1 year. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around July 2017.
