Request for Quotations - Daily cleaning service

The U.S. Consulate General, Melbourne is seeking proposals from suitably qualified vendors to award the daily cleaning service of the U.S. Consulate General, Melbourne.
The award will be for an initial 12 month term with the option of two additional years.
The 12 month term is expected to start 30th September 2017 – 29th September 2018.

The contractor intends to award a purchase order for the required service without negotiation.
Proposals should represent the contractor’s best and final offer. (Please note that collusion with other potential offers with regard to price quotations would result in being precluded from doing business with the US Government.)

The RFQ does not commit the U.S. Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.
