The Minister for Economic Development Queensland is seeking quotations for the provision of constructing 3 homes as part of its Ageing in Place pilot project in Ravenshoe. The houses are to be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications supplied in the tender documentation package. The subject site is known as part thereof Lot 16 on Kuradilla Street, Ravenshoe.

A Development Application for a Development Permit was lodged with Tablelands Regional Council in early April 2017. The development application submitted proposes to reconfigure a lot to create 3 separate residential lots (purpose of ageing in place product) and a material change of use. The appointment and award of tender is subject to a Development Approval for the subject site being approved by Council.
