Expression of Interest Landscape Construction and Maintenance Albany

Emerge Associates, on behalf of Lowe Ltd/The Housing Authority JV, is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified, equipped & experienced landscape contractors to be considered for Inclusion in a Register of Tenderers for landscape construction on-going maintenance tender packages associated with the Oyster Harbour Subdivision development in the Albany area.

Tender Invitations will be offered on a per project basis to all complaint tenderers included in the Register who have demonstrated delivery of projects at a budget equal to or above the tendered package value. The Register of Tenderers will remain valid 2 years.

Contractors who can demonstrate compliance with the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
* Proven ability to deliver construction of large public realm projects including public open space, and streetscape landscape and irrigation works.
* Proven ability to deliver on-going maintenance of large public realm projects Including public open space, and streetscape landscape and irrigation works.

Submissions must include details of the following:
* An individual landscape construction contract of minimum value $200,000 completed within the last 2 years
* Private lot landscape construction contracts of minimum value $10,000 completed within the last 2 years
* Referees with contact details
* company Profile and details of relevant experience
* Key staff member details
* Evidence of appropriate Insurances

Submissions must be received no later than 2pm Friday 5th May 2017 at the offices of Emerge Associates Unit 6, 14 Fearn Avenue, Margaret River WA 6285.
