EnergySafety, as a division of Commerce, is responsible for the technical and safety regulation of all the electrical industry and most of the gas industry in Western Australia.

As part of its work as a regulator, EnergySafety conducts inspections of electrical and gas installations and networks and emergency investigations to ascertain compliance with respect to these activities.

Commerce is seeking to establish a panel arrangement of capable specialists with appropriate skills and expertise to support EngerySafety’s regulatory work.
