Request for Proposals are invited to engage Architect's for refurbishing Murray Irrigation Offices at Deniliquin and Finley, NSW with the following scope of work:
* Review the concept plans prepared for Murray Irrigation office in Deniliquin for modern reception area, new toilets and upgrades to the board room;
* Upgrade these concept plans to resolve current issues with Safety, Functionality and Consolidation;
* Include state of the art SCADA room in the concept plans behind the new reception;
* Create provision for additional office space in the space available between existing building and current infrastructure department;
* Review concept plans prepared for modifying the reception area at the Finley Office and upgrade the concept plans;
* Prepare artist impressions, detailed designs / working drawings and cost estimates;
* Liaise with council to obtain planning approvals;
* Prepare tender documents for refurbishing, evaluation of tender, selection and award of tender;
* Project Management and supervision of refurbishment with recommendation of contractor's invoice for payment.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10.00 am Friday 12th May 2017 at the Murray Irrigation Limited's Deniliquin Office, 443 Charlotte Street, Deniliquin, NSW-2710.

Proposal submissions must be received no later than 2.30 pm, Friday 26th of May2017 by email to contracts@murrayirrigation.com.au or in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP for engagement of Architect" and lodged in the tender box at Murray Irrigation Limited's Head Office at 443 Charlotte Street, Deniliquin.
