Positive Charge is a social enterprise program of the Moreland Energy Foundation Ltd (MEFL). The aim of Positive Charge is to provide trustworthy advice and broker good value energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions for residents and businesses across local government areas in metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Positive Charge was established in response to a rising demand for independent, trusted and tailored energy-saving services and advice. We help customers select and install the right products and services for their premises whilst delivering real emission reductions. Positive Charge is a subscription-based service for councils which helps them reach their community energy efficiency and renewable energy targets.

Currently there are 15 Victorian councils subscribed to the Positive Charge service with this number expected to continue to grow. To date, Positive Charge has facilitated the installation of over 4.5MW of solar PV across its subscribed council areas.

The Positive Charge team at the Moreland Energy Foundation also delivers the Our Energy Future program for 8 councils in the South Sydney Region of Councils (SSROC). This program is set to launch in June 2017 and is expected to grow rapidly.

This Expression of Interest (EoI) is for the selection of qualified Provider(s) to supply and install solar PV systems and battery storage in Victoria under the Positive Charge program and in New South Wales under the Our Energy Future program starting from July 2017 with a 3 year engagement, which will include a contract review every 12 months.

The successful Provider(s) will be selected by MEFL on the bases of efficiency, service-offering, customer service, warranties and quality of the products offered and price.
