Tender Description
Economic Development Queensland is seeking builders interested in building residential homes in Burketown for the construction of up to 18 homes as part of its Regional Liveability Strategy in Burketown, Queensland in conjunction with Burke Shire Council (BSC).
The houses are to be constructed in accordance with the design guidelines supplied in the Annexure with a focus on affordable, sustainable housing.
The subject site is known as Crimson Edge residential estate, being Lots 22-39 on B13610 located on Marshall Road, Burketown.
Lots will be available for construction with level 1 compaction certification, services and survey pegs in place.
Successful builders (details and link to builder website if available) will be added to the Crimson Edge website and included in advertising.
