Nexus Delivery is seeking for EOI from suitably qualified companies to undertake the Roadside System, Network for ITS and Road Lighting on the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing as described below.

The scope of works will involve the procurement, assembly, configuration, supply, installation, integration, testing, training and commissioning including one-year equipment warranty for the following ITS systems:

* CCTV System (CCTVS):
* Webcam System (WS):
* Variable Message Sign System (VMSS):
* Road Weather Monitoring Station System (RWMSS
* Bluetooth System (BS) for Traffic Survey and Data Management (TSDM):
* Vehicle Detection System (VDS):
* Vehicle Detection and Classification System (VDCS):
* Roadside Cabinets Systems (RCS):
* Field Communication Network System (FCNS):

Scope for Road Lighting including, but not limited to, procurement, assembly, configuration, supply, installation, testing, training and commissioning including one-year equipment warranty for:

* Supply and installation of 34 fix base (BPM) road 15m lighting pole,
* Supply and installation of 1 slide base (SPM) road 15m lighting pole
* Assembly, supply and installation of 26 Switchboard Cabinet (TMR approved manufacturer Program:

Due to the nature of the works and the interface to local roads, some of the works will be delivered earlier, what may impact the access to some areas where ITS and Road Lighting is installed. It is also the intention to carry out a fully Factory Commissioning and FAT to simplify the site commissioning at the end of the job.

Generally, works will be performed from July 2017 through to July 2018. This program will be staged to suit the particularities of the Scope in regards to Procurement activities, Delivery, FAT and IFAT, Cable Pulling, Installation of devices, Commissioning and ISAT.

Potential Subcontractors will not be required to undertake any civil works as part of their scope.

Potential Subcontractors responding to this EOI shall prove their capabilities for the performance of the full scope or partial scope of works and the provision of all personnel, plant and equipment required to undertake the works in quality, safely, time and manner.
