We are calling for expressions of interest from developers to design, construct and deliver a vibrant commercial and retail precinct in Scarborough.

The north and south beachfront development sites incorporate 4,698m² of prime beachfront land that will set a new Australian benchmark for community place making in a coastal environment.

Site Details:
North Beachfront: 2,343m²
South Beachfront: 2,355m²
Maximum two - three storeys (MRA's Design Guidelines apply)
Preferred uses are high quality retail and food and beverage offerings, cultural and civic spaces
