Tender Description
Expressions of interest are invited from qualified professional hairdressers to provide hairdressing services to residents of the Rochester and Elmore District Health Service.
For aged care accreditation purposes, all service providers to REDHS are required to comply with the requirements of the Aged Care Act 1997 and subsequent Accountability Principles 1998, including but not limited to:
* Entering into a formal contract with REDHS
* Suitable qualifications
* Obtaining a national police check
* Public liability insurance for $10 million
* Appropriate local government registration (e.g. certificate of registration of a health premises)
* Compliance with REDHS policies, including infection control.
* Applicants are required to submit their expression of interest by no later than Friday 26 May 2017.
