Tenders Sought for the Provision of Maintenance, Breakdown and Preventative by Experienced Contractors for the Following Services for Our Rutherglen and Chiltern Campuses, and St Mary’s Units:
* Electrical services
* Pest control
* Refrigeration, air conditioning
* Maintenance of gas appliances/boilers
* Painting maintenance
* Plumbing
All tenders are for 36 months commencing 1st July 2017.
