The AFL conducts Australian Football competitions and associated events throughout Australia and overseas generating substantial public following and goodwill.

A component of this is the requirement by the AFL, Etihad Stadium, and AFL Clubs is to sell corporate hospitality products to various AFL Matches and other events, and manage and track the various properties and inventory associated to the corporate hospitality.

In addition the AFL currently provides a shared service to eleven (11) AFL Clubs, providing support of its current corporate hospitality CRM solution. For about half of these clubs the infrastructure is hosted by the Clubs themselves and for the remainder the infrastructure is hosted by the AFL.

The purpose of this document is to define the various service requirements of the AFL and AFL Clubs to service its various operational needs as determined from time to time and to elicit submissions to the scope.
