UrbanGrowth NSW is inviting Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Urban Design and Landscape Architecture consultants to act as the lead design consultant and prepare design development drawings and tender documentation for the public domain as well as preparing development design guidelines for the Parramatta North Urban Transformation site.
The successful Tenderer will be responsible for carrying out the services necessary to comply with the requirements specified in The Services and to ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and legislation including the requirements of UrbanGrowth NSW’s code of conduct.
Mandatory site briefing:
A mandatory tender briefing will be held on
Friday 16th June 2017
Venue: Norma Parker Centre, 1 Fleet Street, North Parramatta
Time: 10:00AM
Attendance at the briefing is compulsory in order to fully acquaint yourself with the requirements of the Invitation to Tender and submit a compliant submission. Tenderers should thoroughly read the Invitation to Tender documents prior to attending the briefing.
To register for the briefing, please send an email to the Contact Officer by 2:00pm at least 2 days prior to the briefing with email header clearly mentioning 3939/16 – Urban Design and Landscape Architecture Services (Lead Design Consultant) (PNUT) – Site Briefing – Registration.
Please note: Tenderers are limited to a maximum of two (2) attendees only.
