Bulk Sugar Terminal Re-roofing Works Bundaberg Ranbury acting as Project Manager for Queensland Sugar Limited (QSL) is calling for EOI’s from suitably qualified and resourced contractors with a proven track record in relevant construction projects for QSL’s Roof Replacement works for 2 Sugar Storage Sheds at Bundaberg Bulk Sugar Terminal.
The works include but are not limited to:
* Removal and disposal of the existing Galbestos roof sheeting and cleaning of the remaining structure.
* Install additional roof purlins, truss and wall strengthening.
* Installation of new roof sheeting and apex walkway works. Shed sizes vary from 250m to 437m long, approximately 47m wide, with a 35 degree roof pitch rising to an apex height of up to 30m.
