The North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) has an ongoing requirement to replace existing thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), initially throughout G Block at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.

The ENWARE Aquablend 1500 TMV has been identified as the most suitable product for this purpose, as it has been found that the installation of this valve enables thermal flushing to be undertaken quickly and efficiently, which is a highly desirable outcome from a clinical risk management perspective, on occasions when the rapid disinfection of a ward / floor is required.

Approval has been given to establish a contract for the supply and delivery of ENWARE Aquablend 1500 TMVs on an ‘as and when required basis’ to enable ongoing remediation works to be undertaken by the NMHS. Offers are now invited from organisations able to supply and deliver this product.
