The Queensland Competition Authority (QCA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to provide expert advice on the operating and capital expenditure proposal to be submitted by Seqwater as part of our upcoming investigation of Seqwater's bulk water prices for 2018-21.
Your proposal should address all the relevant requirements detailed in the attached Terms of Reference document.
The closing date for receipt of proposals by the QCA is 12 July 2017. Proposals should be lodged at www.qca.org.au/submissions or sent to:
