Mariners View - Strata Plan 64085, 97 - 99 John Whiteway Drive, Gosford NSW 2250.
Mariners View is a premier apartment complex. We are currently looking for a suitable Company to service our common property cleaning, maintenance and caretaker needs.
The Key Requirements are as Follows:
* Cleaning, gardening, pool care, bin management and onsite caretaker services
* Provide handyman or trade services.
* After hours emergency support.
* Minimum of 5 hours per day on-site (Mon-Friday) by company personnel.
Mariners View will provide all materials / equipment needed for the above tasks.
A formal tender document will be sent to interested parties. Personnel with a trade background would be an advantage, but not mandatory. The Company will have appropriate workers compensation and public liability insurances. It is our intention to enter into a minimum 12 month contract (with mutually agreed extension options) with the successful company.
