We utilise the TMC's to provide an online booking solution as well an option to book travel over the telephone or via email.

These include airline bookings as well as vehicle hire and accommodation arrangements.

A 24 hour "Emergency Contact" number must also be available for travelers requiring urgent out of hours service.

The business requires a suitable solution which will allow bookings to be arranged by the employee and further approved by the appropriate budget holder as well as provide any monthly reporting which will assist in identifying any cost savings, spend per traveler and per Division as well as any exceptions to the Travel Policy.

It is vital that any solution is able to secure airline and accommodation bookings for employees as well as provide itineraries and suitable charge back facility to the business.
