The Authority’s objectives are to:
* Ensure that the catering operations are conducted to the highest standards and in a manner that enhances patron experience and promotes Barangaroo;
* Ensure a high standard of food quality and service delivery that meets and satisfies patron expectations for events of this scale;
* Ensure a menu range and pricing strategy that caters to a wide ranging demographic;
* Provide a food and beverage offer with high patron appeal, quick and efficient service that will deliver an increased commercial return to the Authority
* Identify as a priority pre purchased options, through the ticketing process, to reduce risk and increase yield.
