* Economy Courier
* Bulk Freight

EOI respondent should be able to reach at least 98% of New Zealand and can define their destination by the following types:
* Local
* Short-Haul
* Long-Haul
* Inter-Island

Capable of providing online reporting covering:
* Track and Trace
* Delivery in full & on time reporting (DIFOT)
* Damages reporting
* Invoice Matching & Analysis
* Unexplained Charges
* Account representative in Auckland, New Zealand
