Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals to co-design and deliver a leadership capability assessment and development solution, to continue to build a sector-wide leadership talent pipeline capable of delivering on the government’s objectives.
Ideally, the solution would provide:
* Visibility of sector-wide leadership performance and potential
* Visibility of individual, cohort, agency and sector development needs
* Data which is able to be integrated with other datasets to provide additional talent and leadership insights
* Equitable access for regional participants
* Alignment with the Queensland Government’s:
* Inclusion and Diversity Strategy 2015-2020
* 10 Year Human Capital Outlook and Roadmap
* Leadership Talent Management Strategy.
