Ipswich City Council and Ipswich City Properties are seeking Expressions of Interest from Design and Build contractors who have the appropriate skills, experience and resources, to deliver an Office Fitout Package including stakeholder engagement, design, construction and coordination of works associated with the redevelopment of a new Ipswich Safe City operations centre.
The works include but are not limited to:
* Demolition of remaining interior fitout
* Provision and coordination of professional design services and stakeholder engagement
* Renovation of existing amenities, lift lobbies and base building interiors
* Design and construction of new 450m2 (approx.) fitout to existing tenancy (including floor finishes, grid ceilings, walls, fixed furniture, Elect/Mech/HVAC/Hydraulic/ICT services etc.)
* Coordination of specialist technology contractors, furniture and equipment supplies
* Provision of the final tenancy for turnkey occupation by ISC
