Korongee will be a residential village designed specifically for people living with dementia. Based on international best practice models, including the De Hogeweyk dementia village, construction will commence in early 2018 and be completed by mid 2019.

Gelnview Community Services invited innovative architectural practices to provide an outline of their credentials to deliver design services for the project. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit a tender proposal, based on a detailed design brief.
