UrbanGrowth NSW is inviting Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Civil and Infrastructure Engineering consultants for the public domain and infrastructure upgrades for the Parramatta North Urban Transformation site.
UrbanGrowth NSW requires a Consultant to act as the lead engineering consultant, to lead the preparation of engineering documentation for tendering, obtain Construction Certificates, and provide services during the construction periods for the Parramatta North Urban Transformation, as described in The Services.
The successful Tenderer will be responsible for carrying out the services necessary to comply with the requirements specified in The Services and to ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and legislation including the requirements of UrbanGrowth NSW’s code of conduct.
