Expression of Interest for the Supply, fabrication and delivery of Steel Framed Building

Scope of Work

ADJV are seeking Expression of Interest for the Supply, fabrication and delivery of various Steel Framed Buildings to the following approx. dimensions:-
1. Plant Warehouse - 20m x 48m (The building will contain offices, and mezzanine floor)
2. Laboratory - 32.5m Long x 18m wide (The building will contain an office, specialist equipment/testing rooms, sample preparation area, fire assay room and general storage area)
3. Fixed Plant Warehouse - 12m x 36m
4. Mobile Plant Workshop - 30m x 20m (The building will contain offices on a mezzanine floor)

The following special requirements are applicable to all steel frame buildings, where noted:
* All internal and external Personnel Access (PA) doors come with door closer. All PA doors come with 600 x 600 mm viewing panel.
* The Warehouse and both the Fixed and Mobile Plant Workshops shall include evaporative air conditioning systems.
* All roofing to the Warehouse and both the Fixed and Mobile Plant Workshops are to be insulated, with a ridged vent all the way cross the roof. The roof shall incorporate 2,400 gsm fibreglass sheeting with safety mesh to allow natural lighting.
* All walls to the Warehouse and both the Fixed and Mobile Plant Workshops are to be insulated with minimum 4 operable louvered vents each end of the building. All louvres shall be installed at ground level to assist with airflow ventilation.
* The roller doors to the Warehouse shall be motorised and with remote control to facilitate forklift movements within the facility. All other roller doors shall be motorised only. All roller doors shall have internal local control and emergency stop systems to prevent damage in the event of accidental closing onto a vehicle.
* Gutters and downpipes along front and back of buildings."
