icare, through this open RFT seeks submissions from capable organisations to provide claims management services for its Treasury Managed Fund (TMF) General Lines scheme.
The TMF provides cover for most types of loss or damage that TMF Agencies may suffer worldwide (with the exception of Compulsory Third Party Motor Vehicle which is covered under the Motor Accidents Act), General Lines includes:
* Liability (public liability and medical malpractice)
* Property, Engineering and Construction
* Motor Vehicle
Other miscellaneous covers (eg: personal accident, event cancellation, fidelity, voluntary workers, travel, kidnap & ransom, cyber).
The existing contract will expire at the end of 2017.The successful tenderer(s) will work with icare and the existing contractor during the transition out/in period.
Prospective tenderers can obtain a copy of the recent icare Transformation Information Session presentation by sending an email to SIProcurementGL@icare.nsw.gov.au icare reserves the right not to provide the presentation where it believes the reason for the request is not for the sole purpose of tendering.
