Tender Description
Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for plant and equipment lease and management to RMS Fleet Section.
All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
The tenderer must be an acceptable legal entity with appropriate financial capacity and capacity to meet RMS requirements.

A tender briefing meeting will be held on 02:00pm on 13 September 2017, at Roads and Maritime Services, 129A, Orchardleigh Street, Yennora NSW 2161. Proponents must attend the Mandatory Briefing in order to be eligible to participate in the RFP.
Tenderers shall confirm their attendance at the pre-tender meeting by 11 September 2017 to the email address Hariharan.BALASUBRAMANIAM@rms.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating “Tender briefing confirmation - Supply & Management of Plant & Equipment to RMS Fleet Services”.
The tenders shall be submitted to the eTendering website.
