Tender Description
icare Self Insurance, through this RFT, seeks submissions from capable organisations to provide claims management services for its Treasury Managed Fund (TMF) General Lines scheme and Construction Risks Insurance Fund (CRIF).
The Principal is seeking a principal provider service. That is, one principal organisation providing a seamless client experience to all client agencies across all General Lines portfolios. The Principal has a preference to contract with one entity however it will consider joint tenders from two or more providers where one provider is nominated as the principal provider.
The TMF provides cover for most types of loss or damage that TMF Agencies may suffer worldwide (with the exception of Compulsory Third Party Motor Vehicle which is covered under the Motor Accidents Act), General Lines includes:
1. Health Liability
2. General Liability
3. Motor Vehicle
4. Property,
5. Engineering and Construction
6. Other miscellaneous covers (eg: personal accident, event cancellation, fidelity, voluntary workers, travel, kidnap & ransom, cyber).
The existing contract will expire at the end of 2017.The successful tenderer(s) will work with icare and the existing contractor during the transition out/in period.
