Expression of Interest Catering Services
The Old Melbourne Gaol (OMG) precinct incorporates the site of Melbourne’s oldest prison, the historic Magistrates Court and the former Police City Watch House.
The National Trust of Victoria (NTAV) is seeking EOI from interested parties with relevant experience to enter into an agreement to manage and operate the functions catering; develop and launch a pop-up cafe/kiosk; and collaborate with development planning for a visitor cafe/kiosk at the OMG.
