Tender Description
The Scope of works shall encompass the following areas, (refer to documentation for details)
* Construction of a new building structure and vehicle motor room including nominated subcontractor work.
* All associated demolition work required on site to accommodate the works including the provision of personnel safety hoardings to the satisfaction of the Local Authorities.
* Provision of all Mechanical, Electrical, Communication and Security services in accordance with CFA requirements and all relevant Codes of Practice.
* All associated site works including driveways, parking and training yards, boundary fences and making good reinstating crossovers, footpaths and nature strips affected by the construction works. Including works where detailed outside the boundary.
* Relocation of Services required to be relocated in crossovers including all Authority Approvals.
* Provision of Fittings and Fixtures where nominated and all necessary 'in-wall' supports for fittings nominated as "Principal supplied and installed" items.
Tender options as noted in the TENDER CONDITIONS document must be priced separately.
