The Department of Communities, Child Safety, and Disability Services (DCCSDS) is undertaking an Early Market Engagement (EME) process to better understand the capability of the ICT industry to provide a replacement solution for the current Integrated Client Management System (ICMS) for the Department.
Information obtained through this EME will assist the ICMS Replacement Program understand what solutions, in the form of ICT products and/or services, are available and how to support the business to take best advantage of those solutions.
DCCSDS is inviting organisations to submit a response to this EME activity. An editable response form has been provided for participants to complete in response to this EME.
