Expressions of Interest for Provision of Caretaking Services Belgenny Farm, Camden

Belgenny Farm is the original site where John and Elizabeth Macarthur established the famous Camden Park property. It consists of a suite of historic farm buildings and is the venue for up to 100 weddings and other functions each year. The farm also hosts many school groups, film and photographic shoots, and large public events. The site is operated by Belgenny Farm Agricultural Heritage Centre Trust under the auspices of the NSW Department of Primary Industries in association with the Elizabeth Macarthur Agricultural Institute. The Trust is seeking to contact caretaking services provided by a registered business entity.

The services required are:
* Site security and surveillance in association with NSW DPI security contractor
* Secondary removal of refuse that has been left from events and activities
* A daily electronic report on all activities in required
* Engaging in after-hours public relations and liaison including dealing with ad hoc visitors and enquiries.
* Minor maintenance – tools to be provided by the contractor
* Provision of First Aid and emergency support as necessary

A two bedroom cottage will be costed into the contract arrangement and it is expected to be occupied as part of the security and on site services.

Expressions are to be lodged by 20 October 2017. Those deemed to meet the general criteria will be invited to lodge an electronic tender.
