Tender Description
Only tenderers from experienced and established contractors to undertake the following tasks; - Provide the construction services in relation to the irrigation and landscape implementation of the streetscape works to the development project - Ability of deliver project works commencing in mid-November 2018.
Tenderers are invited to express their interest in writing to Parcel Property fenualla@parcelproperty.com.au or 08 9200 4004 for submission of tender for the scope of works outlined below by the 12th October 2017 by 4pm.
All tender specifications will be available and issued to tenderers by 13th October 2017 by 12pm for commencing tender. Tenders must be received on or before the Thursday 26th October 2017 by 12pm (MIDDAY) to Parcel Property fenualla@parcelproperty.com.au.
Canvassing of staff will disqualify. All Tender submissions are private and confidential for Parcel Property/Department of Housing assessment.
