Tender Description
Civil construction works are required to deliver a 5 hectare sport and recreation precinct (Stage S) consisting of:
* Clearing of vegetation including mulching of vegetation and stockpiling for mulch for use in subsequent landscape works;
* Earthwork shaping with cut of approximately 18,500m3 for stormwater detention wetlands;
* Imported fill of approximately 14,000m3 to complete earthworks and creation of retaining walls, quality is to be in accordance with industry standards and placed in situ and compacted as per Australian Standards; and
* Construction of new road with approximately 80 car-parks, services and footpath.
A full breakdown of the works is contained within the Calibre Consulting drawings (attachment 2.1), specification (attachment 2.2) and bill of quantities (attachment 2.3).
