Suitably qualified contractors are invited to forward an EOI for the above project and associated site works.

Edgewater Towers is an existing 13 Storey residential building (occupied). Scope of work including concrete paving, equipment screening, built in seating BBQs and roof canopies. Works are up to Approx. $300K.

Initial registrations must be limited to one page only and include company name, ABN, registration details, address, phone and email address, managerial/resources, at least two examples of previous similar projects, referees and a contact person. EOI closes at 2 pm on Wednesday the 18th of October 2017.
