Expression of Interest are requested for suitably qualified builders to tender on construction of stage 1 of Nova City Cairns.

Nova City is a seven tower, residential, commercial and retail development situated in the cairns CBD, to be undertaken by Singapore developer World Class Global. Stage 1 consists of two residential towers of 16 and 17 levels on a common podium. Overall stage 1 contains 335 apartments, 1734m2 retail area and 195 car parks in addition to extensive recreational facilities.

Interested builders must evidence a history of similar sized residential construction. Submission should contain relevant company details, profile of similar projects, key personnel to be involved in the project and referees from previous contracts.

Formal tenders for the project will be issued late 2017 / early 2018 with a commencement mid 2018.
