Expression of Interest is invited to assess the ability of respondents to provide large scale aerial LiDAR survey services of 2,910 Km2 (excluding the area already surveyed for Wakool-Murray 2015 LiDAR project by Geoscience Australia) in the time required and process the data to create a digital elevation model and canal bank profiles and investigate freeboard adequacy on banks based on supply/operating levels provided.
The Scope of Work is given below:
* Survey (LiDAR Point Cloud)
* Post processing and adjustment of Wakool-Murray 2015 LiDAR data with new LiDAR data
* Digital Elevation Model
* Contours
* Generation of Canal bank profiles and identifying sections with inadequate freeboard
Short listed companies will be invited to participate in a more detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) with the intent to award the contract in February 2018 to facilitate the survey between the winter shutdown period from 15 May 2018 to 31 July 2018. The work to be carried out in accordance with ICSM LiDAR Specifications and tender templates.
