Tender Description
The University is looking for a suitably experienced and resourced organisation to carry out scheduled & reactive maintenance and servicing of its General Building Maintenance requirements.
The successful organisation will have a high level of expertise and experience in the General Building Maintenance field.
Please submit an Expression of Interest, to the below email address, by the stated deadline, to receive a Request for Information (RFI).
RFI Submission date is 25th October 2017. Responses will be evaluated and Tenders issued to contractors who meet the capability to deliver the required services and provide strongest alignment with the University’s service delivery expectations.
