Tender Description
DVML are seeking a technology partner to support the base IT requirements for DVML staff, the wired and wireless network across its Venues and provide technical resource for specific Event Day support.
The desired outcome from this Request for Proposal process is to establish a preferred IT partner and:
* Understand detailed capabilities and costs for migrating DVML to Microsoft Office 365.
* Understand capabilities and costs for support of Desktop and Laptop devices, Operating Systems and Applications.
* Understand capabilities and costs for Firewall, Fixed and Wireless Network support.
* Understand capabilities for providing technical Event day support.
* The prospective supplier's recommendation and costs for a Fixed and Wireless Network refresh.
