Tender Description
Carrick Hill is undertaking a Market Sounding Process for the construction and potential operation of a proposed Carrick Hill Pavilion. This market approach will assist in gathering industry input and feedback on the interest of potential developers in this opportunity and their capacity to:
finance, design, construct, maintain and lease the proposed Pavilion; or
finance, design construct, maintain and operate the proposed Pavilion
For all potential models the facility would be handed back to the Carrick Hill Trust at the end of a negotiated term.
