The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified operator/s to manage as holiday accommodation, two historic heritage lighthouse property precincts consisting of multiple cottages, ancillary buildings and surrounding lands at Sugarloaf Point and Smoky Cape.
A five year lease with a five year option is being offered.
Expressions of Interest close on 18 December 2017.
