Spotless is the largest provider of facilities management services to the social housing sector across Australia. The impending Tender the 2018 Housing Tasmania Maintenance Contract provides an exciting opportunity for us to partner with local service providers to further grow our presence in this sector.

Spotless has a strong track record in fostering successful partnerships with service providers in a range of facilities maintenance contracts within the social housing sector.

In preparation for the Housing Tasmanian tender, we are carrying out briefing sessions for locally based and qualified service providers for all building trades including:
* General Building Services
* Carpentry
* Plumbing
* Electrical
* Cleaning
* Landscaping
