Kyabram District Health Service
Request for quotes are invited from qualified profession hairdressers to provide hairdressing services to residents of Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS).
For aged care accreditation purposes all service providers to KDHS are required to comply with the requirement of the Aged Care Act (1997) and subsequent
Accountability Principles (1998) including but not limited to:
* Entering into formal contract with KDHS;
* Suitable qualification;
* Public liability insurance for $10 million;
* Appropriate local government registration (eg certificate of registration of health premises);
* Compliance with KDHS policies including infection control.
