Tender Description
McCallum Disability Services Inc. are inviting suitably qualified builders to be considered as a potential builder of a four bedroom dwelling and garage project in Lucas, Ballarat.
The successful tenderer will be able to demonstrate an ability to complete this project as per the detailed drawings and specifications provided.
The objective of this tender is to select a single contractor who can complete and deliver a 'turnkey' housing project within the required time frame (preferably before the end of the 2016/17 financial year.
The successful tenderer will enter into a fixed cost building contract with McCallum Disability Services Inc.
The successful tenderer will be notified no later than 5.00 pm Wednesday 20 December 2017.
