Tender Description
The State Party is undertaking an Expression of Interest (EOI) to purchase flexible and responsive Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) initiatives that meet the expectations of, and address issues unique to, the Western Australian community.
Four priority areas have been identified for ILC initiatives in 2017/18 which represent a broad approach across the ILC activity streams outlined in the WA ILC Commissioning Framework.
The four ILC priority areas for 2017/18 in WA are:
* Priority Area 1: People with disability link into relevant mainstream services, for example health, allied health, mental health and clinical; or community services.
* Priority Area 2: Knowledge and capability within mainstream services.
* Priority Area 3: Connecting people with disability with their communities.
* Priority Area 4: Support for people with disability in engaging with and navigating the NDIS.
As Respondents may wish to apply for one or multiple EOIs, there are four separate documents with targeted information about the outcomes to be achieved under each ILC priority area. To lodge a valid EOI, you must complete and submit the Response Form in Part C for each ILC priority area that you wish to apply for.
